Our San Saba-based crews carry the parts and the know-how to get your air moving again today. Priority scheduling available across San Saba and the surrounding zip codes.
Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
A licensed technician arrives, runs a full diagnostic, and explains exactly what's wrong in plain language.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC grew one honest service call at a time in communities like San Saba. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
We're not the biggest name in San Saba — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. We carry the credentials San Saba inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, routine or emergency.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We'd rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one by cutting corners on the diagnosis, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and San Saba is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in San Saba homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. It also means faster escalation when something's urgent — a local dispatcher can reroute the nearest truck in minutes, not hours.
Every service below is backed by the same licensing, warranty, and upfront pricing you get on any job we run.
When your Ac Repair system fails without warning, waiting days for an appointment isn't an option. Our San Saba dispatch team moves emergency tickets to the front of the schedule so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
If a specialty part genuinely does need to be ordered, we'll set up a safe temporary fix and give you a real timeline instead of leaving you guessing.
Not every repair call ends in a repair — sometimes the honest recommendation is a properly sized replacement. We walk San Saba homeowners through load calculations so the new system is sized correctly for the actual square footage before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Most installs in San Saba are completed in a single day, and we walk you through the new thermostat and any app controls before we leave.
Downtime in a commercial space costs money every hour a system is offline. Our commercial division services rooftop units and package systems across San Saba, with service agreements built around your operating hours.
Property managers working with multiple San Saba locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for San Saba households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in San Saba get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
We quote a flat rate before work begins and that number doesn't change once you approve it.
If anything feels off after we leave, one call gets a tech back to your San Saba address.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
A musty smell often points to mold or moisture buildup somewhere in the ductwork.
Repeated repairs on an aging system are usually the clearest sign that replacement will save more money than another patch job.
You'll know the cost before a wrench touches your system.
Because our trucks are stationed near San Saba, we're rarely far from your address.
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.
We don't write these — our customers do.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. Fixed on the first visit and explained everything in terms I could actually understand."
"Scheduled a fall tune-up and they caught a cracked part before it became a real problem. You can tell these guys actually know what they're doing."
"Explained the sizing calculation so I understood why they weren't just installing the same unit again. New system is noticeably quieter and our energy bill actually dropped."
"Our restaurant's rooftop unit went down on a Friday night and they had someone out fast. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"Got quotes from four different companies for a replacement and this was the only one that actually walked me through the load calculation. Would use them again without hesitation."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. Genuinely relieved to have found a crew that answers when it matters."
None of these are unusual or embarrassing — they're just the normal wear and tear that comes with running a system through San Saba's seasonal swings.
Homeowners who schedule a tune-up ahead of each season tend to call us far less often for emergency repairs. Before the coldest stretch of the year, a heating system benefits from a full safety inspection, checking the heat exchanger, ignition system, and airflow to catch any issue that could turn into a no-heat emergency.
Simple habits between professional visits also matter. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the San Saba area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
We don't outsource dispatch to a call center that's never met our technicians.

We'd rather quote it honestly on the phone than have you feel ambushed by the bill.
More involved repairs, like a coil replacement or a refrigerant leak repair, take longer and the tech will give you a realistic estimate before starting.
Let dispatch know ahead of time if access will be handled differently than a standard homeowner visit.
From the older, established streets near the center of San Saba to the newer developments on the outskirts, our trucks cover the full footprint of the city.
